I had forgotten, again, that Dynamics are centered between staves, unless we
\override VerticalAxisGroup #'staff-affinity = #UP
and LilyPond currently spaces Dynamics/Lyrics between staves without
noticing whether the staves are in separate systems.
I think that the top- and bottom-most lines in a system should never
have 'affinity' to the foreign system. Instead, they should behave as they
do at the top/bottom of a page (and of course clear with padding the
skylines of the foreign system) : <http://codereview.appspot.com/5487056/>
So depending on whether anyone wants Dynamics to be centered between
systems, this is either "invalid" or a duplicate of issue 1483 or "started".
