I'll post a bug report. The only work-around I know is to put in your
layout block :
\layout {\context {\Dynamics
\override VerticalAxisGroup
#'nonstaff-relatedstaff-spacing #'stretchability = #0
}}
Thank you for filing the bug report! The workaround works great on
the actual piece of music!
