This issue is "architecture diagram image is missing". That's fixed. There is a change in the build system somewhere that gets rid of the white space and makes the image somewhat smaller - if you check the git build you'll see this. There are lots and lots of other images/lines that are too long and I will fix these, but am waiting for the lilypond-book changes to get committed so that the bars created by -book disappear. This is actually issue 1691, but my suggestion would be to close that once -book is updated, and open a new one to clean the rest of the docs properly.
