The 2.05 is completely irrelevant -- it's not used at all in this example,
which still has the overflow black bars. Without using any bar numbers or
instrument names!
Something is fundamentally broken in lilypond-book. Don't try to sandpaper
over it. If we wanted a cosmetic solution, we could just add @finaloutput,
or whatever it was that Werner suggested.
