Yes! I knew that I could make such a _workaround_ (thank you, anyway! it would take some significant time for me to find 'measure-length for grob).
So, let's assign _even lower_ prio to this issue, but why we consider it as _fixed_?
For me, it's also a matter of a workflow: no any workaround should let issue to be closed, shouldn't it?
"Full/multi measure rests should be semibreve (for any but 4/2)" -- now, thank all of you, we really do have some workarounds, right. But I am almost sure that since lilypond can not handle this itself ("out of the box"), this issue is not fixed so far.
(_almost_ sure -- that's why this issue is in Verified state; I would be happy to learn more feedback, of course)
