But the stylesheet still needs to be included in the HTML to make the speech browser load it. It doesn't just look for one in the same directory called text-to-speech.css, which is waht we had. I checked our HTML files, and none had a link to the tts stylesheet, so we were not using it in any way.

My look over the current state-of-the-art in speech browsers and stylesheets imply that it's not likely to be useful for a while yet.
