As I said earlier, I think we should add a few redirects to keep at least
the following URLs working:
http://lilypond.org/web/documentation
http://lilypond.org/web/install
http://lilypond.org/documentation
(Right now the first two still point to the "old" pages, and the last one
doesn't work at all -- it used to be a shortcut for the first one.)
If it just comes down to adding a few index.html files, I can handle it.
But given our build system, I'm not sure what The Right Way® is :-)
