I'd put it in LM 5.5.1 (your first link). I'm not at all certain that
there's
anything different about RehearsalMarks here; isn't this the general way
that
break-alignment-symbol, self-alignment-x, and x-offset work?
Hopefully somebody can propose exact text to put into the docs about this.
