I have a patch which works, but I'm hesitant to push it since I can't
explain why
commit 861b7b causes the bug.
The after-line-breaking processing was moved out of System::post_processing
() and
into System::do_break_substitution_and_fixup_refpoints (), which appears to
be too
early, at least in this individual case where
ly:side-position-interface::move-to-extremal-staff is called for the
BarNumber.
