For future reference, here's the complete report I would add to the tracker:

input/regression/slur-broken-trend.ly broken. It claims that "A slur
should follow
the same vertical direction it would have in unbroken state"; this is false
in 2.13.9.

once the programmer knows that it's a regtest, they can find the complete,
compile-able version in there. Yes, this particular example isn't minimal,
but
that's ok for a regtests.
