I can't speak for the reporters, but I just did some detailed comparisons between LilyPond's current output and the images/descriptions from the bug reports, and the problem does appear to be fixed. Attached are LilyPond's current renderings for the examples in the bugreports. (Of course, this is font dependent, but a couple of other fonts for the Hebrew example looked fine too.) Thanks, Patrick
