I'm inclined to restore that item once again (Samuel also had deleted it once before, and I restored it). While indeed a basic port has been done by Svante, there's still lots of work remaining that is worth more than one GSoC. The port is not yet upstream: the maintainer raised some concerns that I have not yet found the time to follow up on. While the test results of the GCC/GNAT testsuite don't look bad (but there are a few unresolved issues, and the testsuite appears to be a rather small one), I don't know if the port has yet seen any real-world usage. Svante, did you test it for any bigger Ada code bases, or any Ada testsuites? And then there's the whole topic of language bindings, etc. Of course, the item's description is due for some updating/rewording, as mentioned by Svante earlier today, too. Grüße, Thomas
