Hi Thomas, Time to nag you again:) I assume you are a GNU fan (as I am). How much effort is needed, do you think, to get CD/DVD/RW/RW capabilities for GNU/Hurd. Maybe I can try to help you, but my knowledge is still very limited, but improving.
