Sorry, but no. The list-reply feature of Mutt is there to be used, and I'm going to use it. I guess we can't expecty everyone sending a message to a list he is not subscribed to, to know about the mail-followup-to: header, and set it accordingly, so a good mail client will DTRT automatically. But we certainly can expect people to mention somewhere in the mail that they are not subscribed, so others know they need to Cc: them. -antrik-
