Thank you, I'll get back to you as soon as I need help.  (I have nearly
no idea about how to write rules for building .dpkg packages.)


What you could do already is having a look if there are already cross
compiler (with libc and stuff) packages for Debian existing, targetting
other architectures (of GNU/Linux, for example).  I believe I've already
been seeing such a thing somewhere, somewhen.  If they are still being
maintained, we should probably re-use what they're doing.
