Already applied are 12_fixes_gcc-3.4.patch, 14_disable_fpe.patch,
15_disable_qlogic_firmware.patch, 16_enable_debug.patch,
17_fix_double_free.patch, 18_linux_printk_buffer_overrun.patch and
19_cpu_detect.patch.

00_autoconf_update.patch, 10_cdromlock.patch, 11_nic_update.patch,
13_ide_dma.patch, 20_glue_block_assert.patch and
90_autoconf_autogen.patch still have to be applied.
