bug#76959: Empty Scheme files in system generation, breaks `guix system` and boot

FYI, I made a mistake and accidentally arrnaged for 3 copies of these
messages to be delivered. Of course, the Bas only meant to send a single
copy. So if you are annoyed by the overwhelming deluge of messages in
this ticket, blame me :)
