Do you still encounter this bug? Because I am not able to reproduce it with "guix pull --commit=6f00fb75ca52ae112a73f2fbc6d8f6269a8db5f6" then "guix pull --commit=guix pull --commit=2b9b4b1fe368fb1745c4150adbb8754948326c95". Since the service Hydra is down now and replace by ci.guix.gnu.org, if you do not experiment such bug, I plan to archive this bug. Let me know your comments.
