Fair enough.  The number of instances you changed in the attached patch
suggest it was at least an Allman idiom, but that's still not solid evidence.

Likely.  I have less brain space available for details that don't affect my
usage directly.

Yeah, that pretty much makes the current patch a nonbreaking change.

...though I still need to test it to make sure it actually works...
