#63332), and any patches I could make to address this bug would invalidate
that patch, or vice versa. So I'll wait till that patch is applied, rejected,
or kicked back to me for refinement, before doing any more fallbacks.tmac
hacking, to avoid stomping on myself.
Adding dependency to reflect blockage.
