Make clarifications and parallelize discussions. Try to require less
troff foreknowledge.
I believe this is our first
"fixed-in-1.23.0-but-we-didn't-know-that-at-the-time-of-release" ticket.
My beloved bugs-fixed statistic is now stale. Oh no!
