I'm trying to compile a sysroot GCC 9.3 which also includes a glibc, and the
linker fails complaining that the files are not inside the sysroot folder:

It looks like the logic to check if inside the sysroot folder has a bug.
In exactly the same setup (I'm building a Docker image, thus using root),
before adding glibc and sysroot, the build was successful and functional.
