Summary: Upstream: yocto/autoreconf-exclude.patch Project: Autoconf Submitted by: rattab Submitted on: Mon 07 Sep 2020 06:57:13 PM UTC Category: None Priority: 5 - Normal Severity: 1 - Wish Status: None Privacy: Public Assigned to: None Originator Email: Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Operating System: GNU/Linux _______________________________________________________ Details: Adds an exclude option to autoreconf to skip some steps. Patch file is lacking contextual information. Comments from Zack W. > Do file a bug so this doesn’t get lost, but don't spend too much time on researching it. I’m not sure we want the new feature that it adds; autoreconf is supposed to be smart enough to know when each tool should or shouldn’t be run, and not need this kind of override. We’d want to know why that’s infeasible. If we did decide to take the patch, we would want more documentation. In any case, new features should wait for after 2.70. _______________________________________________________ File Attachments: ------------------------------------------------------- Date: Mon 07 Sep 2020 06:57:13 PM UTC Name: autoreconf-exclude.patch Size: 4KiB By: rattab <http://savannah.gnu.org/support/download.php?file_id=49761> _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <https://savannah.gnu.org/support/?110308> _______________________________________________ Message sent via Savannah https://savannah.gnu.org/
