You need two different files. Use brltty's -f option to point to the one you'd like each of them to use. Run two different brlttys, like this: brltty -f /etc/brltty1.conf brltty -f /etc/brltty2.conf >- request brltty for searching on ttyS0, ttyUSB0, then connecting on the >1st which is working (e.g. ttyS0 or ttyUSB0 if an adapter is used).
