Dear Vincent, There are a few key bindings in brltty that depend on some settings in the preferences menu. For instance, whether a key will trigger CMD_FWINRT or CMD_FWINRTSKIP depends on the "skip blank windows" brltty preference.
So in my opinion, you should check which variant between FWINRT and FWINRTSKIP is used by Orca and then make sure it is really that command which is triggered by your keypress.
