(on debian the bihaviour is the same). normally when esys 40 receive a call on usb lines it displays: usb connected. but this does not appear, it stay on usb not connected. this mean that the initialization is not what its firmware expects. as i said in a precedent message, it is related to brltty 5, brltty 4.5 works fine. i will continue to see.
