Apparently it's more than "not quite true" ... it isn't true at all. :-) xbrlapi.1 doesn't install if building outside the soruce tree because brltty.1 is now generated by autoconf so the rule got changed to look in the build tree. That's easy to fix. vstp.1 doesn't work because support was never written for driver subdirectory man pages.
