This one looks ready to jump onto the world stage in maybe 1987,  
although
the lead singer's Samurai/Kabuki/Punk look is certainly ... original.

The music in anime is amazing. There's a kid in my son' Boy Scout troop
who ends many of our meetings on the piano, playing music from a number
of Miyazake's films, especially "Spirited Away" -- mesmerizing.
