The biggest is that Dania Ramirez will play a new character named Maya. Ramirez was on the Sopranos and played Callisto in the last X-Men movie. There are 4 other new characters planned so far as we know including a BF for Claire. (Not a bff kind of bf but the penis wielding suitor kind) It has been stated that Generations will include a good deal of "Six Months Ago/Company Man" type episodes giving us a better grip on the history behind the OWI and the previous generation of Heroes. Hiro's storyline, I'm guessing here, is going to give us some background on the "Symbol" (godsend) that appears in the background somewhere in just about every episode. We are told that it is a symbol for DNA/RNA, a combination of Japanese glyphs, and some third meaning yet to be revealed.
