Some would make the claim that "Christian intellectual" is a contradiction in terms . . . at least if one restricts "Christian" to meaning one who sincerely believes in Jesus Christ and His mission, because in their opinion "religious faith/belief" is the opposite of being an "intellectual."

I was more of the opinion that "neo-con" and "intellectual" were mutually exclusive.

Of course I was afraid to say so on the grounds I might be accused of hating Jews, which is why I haven't also mentioned Israel in … oops.
