Clinton because of "MonicaGate". I thought Clinton was a great president, and he is an interesting man, but he went and got caught in that lie - hardly a good role model for "Greatest American". Certainly Kennedy was guilty of similar indiscretions, but he didn't openly lie on world wide TV about them.
OTOH, unless you believe some of the right-wing conspiracy theories about Vince Foster, et.al., Clinton didn't kill anyone.
