The best way to bomb Houston Texas, destroy a large part of the countrys refining and chemical industry, and cause terror beyond anything yet seen in history, is to ship a shielded bomb via container ship. This could be done with ease and as far as I know pretty much nothing has been done to prevent such an event. No suicide bomber required. Just a knowledge of the shipping industry. I've lived almost my entire life within 25 miles of the Port of Houston.
