Oh how so very wrong you are here Warren! The best way to bomb Houston Texas, destroy a large part of the countrys refining and chemical industry, and cause terror beyond anything yet seen in history, is to ship a shielded bomb via container ship.
Hmm, that's an interesting twist I hadn't considered. I guess you wouldn't want a timer on it though. (Same reason you don't put a timer on a mail bomb.) How would you handle the detonation trigger? GPS? (Oo. Oo. That could work.)
This could be done with ease and as far as I know pretty much nothing has been done to prevent such an event.
I seem to recall the odd news report from time to time that suggests, quietly, that you're right.
