I read his statement as "JDG and Dan do X." I responded, show either JDG does this or Dan does X. He stated that he only claimed that JDG does X. So, since I asked for the weaker proof, his statement that he never claimed that I did X results his requirement to show that JDG did X for JDG or Dan did X to be true.
