*nod*  One of the peculiarities of the American system
is that in an effort to keep aside tyranny, we
relegate great leaders to the shadows.  Wasn't Adams
the only President to continue in politics after
serving (in the Senate, IIRC?)

How do western parliments handle term limits? ..or are
they generally not stable enough forms of government
to need to worry?

Judging by the weather 500 miles down the coast,
