Doing it in front of the Lincoln Memorial isn't a good choice. Not
enough room, really, to do the quartering properly. Maybe in front of
the Washington Memorial -- but that's under tighter security, that
area. Which might make it better for that use, actually.
Or, hey, just do it on the mall in the middle of all the Smithsonian
museums, etc.
