And "side effects" are not "complications".  I had a number of "side
effects" when pregnant with Sam, and none of them were counted as
"complications" until my water broke well before my body was ready to go
into labor.

Morning sickness & stretch marks were the biggies.

(But the stretch marks with Sam were nothing to compare with what I have
now.  "Seersucker skin" is one term for it.  And it's taking its sweet
time in getting back to anything approximating "normal".)
