Allow me to second this article, not just because it includes an interview
with CWRU's Lawrence Krause. :-)
It really was a fascinating trip into cosmology. Moreover, while I have
always heard the line that "at the edges of physics you begin to run into
philosophy", I've never actually seen that boundary pushed as explicitly as
it is in this article.
Anyhow, I'm sure that there are a lot of people on this List who enjoy
reading general-audience articles on cosmology, and this one, IMHO is well
worth it.
