Irrelevant when there are laws on the books being broken. If they are bad laws, get rid of them. And if you challenge weather or not the letter of the law is being broken, fine, lets go to court and find out. Certainly the spirit of the law is being broken and further, people who support and sustain these companies by, say, giving them massive no-bid contracts, have absolutely no business calling anyone else unpatriotic. It's the hypocrisy that really pisses me off.
