O.k. well, you didn't make it at all clear that you were referring to
something that I said a week ago.    As it is, shortly after I posted that,
I was away from the List for five days while I was back home, and I'm sure
that I probably lost some follow-ups in the backlog.    

I went back and dug up the thread I think that was in, and tried to
legitimately respond to any questions and comments that seemed particularly
directed to me.  

Anyhow, I think that I meant to include "with consenting adults" after
"whatever one wanted."    Obviously, I am not naiive enough to say that The
Supreme Court held that one could get away with murder if one wanted.    I
apologize for not being more clear in what I said, and I hope that this
answers your question.
