Here (US, Kansas and Missouri to be specific), they can be found in supermarkets (our local WalMart has a particularly large selection), convenience stores, gas station bathrooms, motel vending areas (along with grossly overpriced single-dose packets of pain releavers, etc.), specialty stores (Priscilla's is a sex-oriented chain that has several stores around here), drug stores, sex-ed classrooms...
