Not in email standard practice. Email paragraphs are a string of lines separated by carriage returns, with each line preferably being less than 80 or 72 characters.

It wrapped it, of course, as did mine. But that means that it will look different on different computers. Which may or may not be a problem, depending on whether you are typing tabular data or ascii diagrams. Also, some MTA's truncate lines longer than a certain length, so some text could be lost.

It is non-standard email practice. Check the RFC if you don't know what you are talking about.

I reject your arguments. I never complain about it, but I hate to read e-mails that self restrict themselves to small line lengths making the post long in length while short in content.
