No news here. Roman soldiers were called by every 
nation in the mediterranean area to solve their 
problems, and after two generations they became 
the object of hatred. 
 
And the Roman Empire was much more democratic 
than the USA Empire: anyone from any province 
could become the Roman Emperor <duck>
