Yes... but until I actually worked on some patents and worked around others, I didn't realize how meaningless they can be. With 13 claims, you only infringe if you use all 13. When the claims are like these, it's not hard to build a competing system that doesn't use all of them. I just don't think this one does much beyond showing that Interwoven is doing something unique; I can't imagine it would stop anyone from effectively competing.
