Are things really that bad for victims of this type of persecution in the UK? Is the system so flawed against a victim, like in the case we have been discussing? I didn't know you were in UK, though..From: "Andrew Crystall" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Reply-To: Killer Bs Discussion <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: Killer Bs Discussion <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: RE: POLICY PROPOSAL: The list and copyright Date: Sun, 16 Feb 2003 17:24:17 -0000That IS what amounts to due process in the UK and from what some US friends have said over there as well. I can *understand* why you wouldn't want to hire someone who'd taken legal action against her previous boss as well! It's not "discrimination" either, it's called "qualitifications and employment history" I am..not fond..of the system, FYI.
I'm just a little bit upset about the picture you present because I've worked for really paranoid supervisors in the past, and the only thing that keeps them at bay is fear of the legal system, and the implications of bad press, long lawsuits, etc.
Thanks for your input and your replies, Andy. Live and learn, I always say..
