No.  Not "just like abortion".  Somewhat different.

As someone who has been pregnant, I can tell you that it would be a lot
harder for me personally to give up a baby after I had felt it moving
inside me.  It would be difficult to chose to abort a baby around 3
months, but it would be a lot more difficult, at least for me personally,
to give a baby up after birth.  And I hope to God that I'm never in the
position of needing to do so.
