Summary
This feature introduces a new CSS property view-transition-class which
allows the developer to specify one or more view transition classes.
The developer can then select the ViewTransition pseudo elements using
these classes (e.g. ::view-transition-group(*.class)). This is an
extension to the ViewTransition API that simplifies styling of view
transition pseudo elements in a similar way that CSS classes simplify
styling of regular DOM elements.

Risks
Interoperability and Compatibility
The risk of interoperability is small, since this is a feature that
has been introduced and discussed in the CSSWG with possible input
from all of the major browser vendors. It is a new feature that builds
on the view transition feature, but it's a fairly small delta and a
qualify of life improvement for developers. This feature is fully
backward compatible with previously valid syntax.

Anticipated spec changes
Open questions about a feature may be a source of future web compat or
interop issues. Please list open issues (e.g. links to known github
issues in the project for the feature specification) whose resolution
may introduce web compat/interop risk (e.g., changing to naming or
structure of the API in a non-backward-compatible way).
