I can confirm that. On the website, Paul posted here, this is exactly, what 
they say. And when you look at the known issues, there is a whole lot, that 
doesn't work well or not at all. As far as accessibility i mean.
You know what? It is really frustrating, that everything seems to go somehow, a 
bit but not fully, with a ton of workarounds, it might work and so on. I think, 
it is a shame.

I have heard that the person doing the Hearthstone mod couldn't keep up with 
Blizzind's updates. So Blizzard supposedly took over accessibility a while ago. 
From what I've seen on YouTube, though, it's hit-and-miss whether the game will 
play well with a user's computer. 
I've also heard of a mod that makes World Of Warcraft at least somewhat 
accessible. Especially the classic version, since it's easier to navigate; this
