Have you got a tab key on that braille display? What about arrows and maybe an alt and control key? You may need to hack the games a bit for your equipment trying different combinations and making notes on what gets you any success. You're playing more of a game than the author originally intended but maybe you'll learn better how to use your equipment and that may help you in your future.
