I don't have a braille display so have no clue how to do this on one of them. However on an android phone first get on the description field of the area and then up arrow. You get some buttons one of which is navigation and another is cancel and a third is links. Activate the links button then you get a list of possible locations to which you can move from where you are at. Move to one of those buttons and activate it to move around.
